Terms and Conditions

1. All transactions at the RIP Shop are subject to a seven day cooling-off period. During this period, the RIP will refund transactions without question, subject to return of goods (where applicable) and notification in writing.
2. Where applicable, goods will be dispatched within fourteen days of an order being processed.
3. We have a 60-day no questions asked replacement policy for damaged and missing items.
4. It is possible to contact us by email, phone, fax and mail.
5. Your statutory rights are not affected.
